I’m at Rua António Bessa Leite, but I can’t find the studio.

Accepted Answer

The studio is located in the Oporto Bessa Leite Complex. Follow the arrows on the signs indicating the different shops. The studio is located in Unit 11.

It's easy to find parking near the studio?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are several parking options right in front of the entrance, including free parking, on-street parking, and underground parking. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles.

Do you have group classes?

Not at the moment. To ensure a 100% personalised experience, we currently offer individual sessions or sessions for two people at the same time.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes, we have fully equipped changing rooms with private shower cubicles, toilets, private lockers, hairdryers, and washbasins. For your comfort, all clients are provided with a bath towel and a training towel at every session.

We work with different session formats and packs depending on the service and your goals. No fixed memberships, no automated renewals.
