Who handles your data

The data controller is Clarão Nómada Lda, with its studio at Rua António Bessa Leite, 1468 - Loja 11.

What we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone (optional), services of interest, the message you write, the site language, the page the form was sent from, and the date and time you confirmed you had read this notice.

We also record where the visit came from when it arrives through an identified link (for example a campaign or a referring site) and, to prevent abusive submissions, a pseudonymous, short-lived identifier derived from the connection, together with the browser identifier. That identifier is used only to limit repeated submissions and is not used to follow your browsing.

Health data — please do not send it here

The form on this website is not a clinical channel and is not designed to receive health information. Please do not write diagnoses, medical history, medical reports, medication or any other sensitive information about your health.

Just describe in general terms what you are looking for. Any clinical information that is needed is collected later, when appropriate, through the relevant professional and via an appropriate secure process.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the resulting conversation. The basis is the pre-contractual step you request by contacting us, together with our legitimate interest in replying and in protecting the site against abuse.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly ask, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored in this website's private database, accessible only to authenticated RE:SET Studio administrator accounts.

The technical providers currently used are: · Netlify — website hosting and server-side application runtime · Supabase — database, file storage and authentication · Site.pt — business email hosting and delivery of contact-form copies

These providers may process the data as part of the infrastructure they supply, under their own terms and the applicable contractual safeguards. We do not claim here a specific hosting region or a particular international transfer mechanism: that information will only be stated once verified.

A complete copy of the data submitted through the form, including contact details, selected services and message, is sent to the studio mailbox from the domain resetstudio.pt through the configured email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for 24 months and delete them after that period.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing and request portability, by writing to geral@resetstudio.pt. We reply in writing to the same address.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority: www.cnpd.pt
